I am excited about my order. When will the shipment occur?

Our goal is to ship every order within 24 hours. Some made-to-order items take longer to process, but you should expect to hear from us within this timeframe with a shipping notification or a status update.

For shipping services that offer it, we will provide tracking info when you order ships.

How long will it take to get my package?

This varies according to the shipping service selected during checkout.  By far our most popular option within the United States is USPS First Class Mail.  That service class does not guarantee delivery times, but shipments typically arrive in 1-3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.  Shipping rates are provided during checkout when the destination address is entered.


What payment methods are accepted?

Online orders can be completed by credit card or PayPal.

If you happen to be in our local area and want to complete a transaction differently (dropping off a sack of cash?), we’re open to it.  Contact us to make arrangements.

Is buying online safe?

We take online security very seriously, and our website uses industry-standard security techniques to ensure your transactions are safe.

All communication with our servers occurs over secure (HTTPS) connections.  Your financial details are never stored in our database, and in fact, we pass along your credit card details in encrypted form directly to our trusted payment gateway, Square — an industry leader in safe and secure online payment processing.

Orders & Returns

Will I receive order confirmations?

Yes, two.  When we receive your order, you will receive an email summarizing the transaction.  Later, you will receive a notification when your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can.  Until you receive a shipping notification, send us a message and we will be happy to make changes.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, it’s not required.  Creating an account gives you the ability to view past orders, access shipment tracking links, and receive occasional coupons from our store (if you choose to receive them).  However, we do support guest checkouts if you prefer to make a purchase without creating an account.

How do I track my order?

If the shipping service you selected provides tracking info, we will send you the tracking details in your shipping notification.  If you create an account with our site, you can also find tracking details in your order history.

How can I return a product?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery, and ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.  Please communicate with us beforehand to request a return authorization.

For custom or personalized items, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
